Hi Wizard
Love the site.....finally got a copy of the James Dargan book about the Greenwich-Balmain tunnel it fills in a few things I always wanted to know. As I have said here before I used to go down there as a kid, the concrete slab is still there at Manns Pt I was standing on it just the other day, my old mans friend Nick Masterman had his boat shed on the Balmain side but never let me down below the floor....You can buy the book at Lane Cove Library.
Cheers

Hey Wizard!
Nice to see your sites back up again. There's special reports on the news (Possibly all week) about the underground. I wonder if many who view them will find their way to here? :P
Regards, Scarecrow.

Amazing site. Especially loved the Adelaide pictures, what with me living here and everything.
If there are any Adelaide adventurers willing to bring me along sometime, i'd love the chance. Roofing, draining, it's all good. Haven't done urbex in a looong time.

There's no info on accessing locations on urbantwilight, but you might want to try the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority ( http://www.shfa.nsw.gov.au/ ). They can probably point you in the direction of a few places that look like the rivet room.

Howdy
Great site, amazing pictures. I would never have the guts to go in these drains myself, but I still find them fascinating. So thanks for taking me along for the ride without me having to get my feet wet!
Just curious, have you ever been in the drains that run into the Sturt River (Adelaide), for example under the Road Safety Centre just off oaklands road?
Any pictures?
Cheers
Richard

Yes, they're not the most interesting of tunnels though. I've got some shots of them around here somewhere but from memory they're not very exciting.
Next time i'm in the area i'll try to come back with something worth putting online.

Sweet, that would be fantastic, thanks!

Hi there, My name is Clyde, a producer from the VCA Film & TV school in Melbourne.
We are doing a film and need a drain or canal as our location. I came across your site and your photos are fantestic, and so I was wondering if you would be able to take us to some of these drains to have a look at.
Please feel free to email me. I can provide you with more details then.
Thanks!
Clyde
